Form Disappered

    Several forms we built have disappeared, along with the shared folder in which they were filed. The shared folder was called avr999. 

    Can you please tell me what happened to this account/folder to make them disappear?

    What happen is that owner of the account avr999, where the forms are hosted, stopped sharing it's forms with your account huguvac .

    You may ask the owner to share forms with you again as explained on this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User
