You will need to setup a Notifier email in your form. Notifier email is the email that will be sent to you once a user submits your form. You can check this article to know how to setup Notifier email: Setting Up Email Notifications. If you have already setup a Notifier email in your form and was not able to receive any email when someone submits the form, please provide to us the link or name of the form in question and exact URL where you have embedded your form so we can further check.
