    Fillable PDF Form: Images and other text fields are not formatted correctly

    When I create a PDF, the embedded images and several of the text fields come out stretched and deformed. How can I prevent this?

    Hi,

    Upon checking your form, could you tell us which of it you are having problems? I see you have a couple of forms that are being edited in your account. A screenshot of the problem would also help us escalate this in detail to our developers. We'll wait for your response.

    the form that i'm having problems with is "main form".

     

    here are a few screenshots. if you'd like, i can find somewhere to upload the entire PDF.

     

    i also made a copy of "main form" and removed the page breaks and buttons and images. it was also badly distorted when i output it as a PDF. i named it "Clone of Main Form for printing - do not use".

    Thank you for the information.

    I cloned your form and I was able to replicate the problem. I will need to escalate this to our developers to have it check and fixed. We will update you as soon as we hear any news on this.
