Submission email received but don't see in submission inbox in jotform

    I just received an email of a new submission, but when I logged into my account on jotform to look at the submission via the website, it is not there. Any ideas?

    Can you please check your submissions on https://secure.jotform.com/ ? Please do let us know if this still doesn't work.
