We have a client who uses you service. They are having a problem as below:
A user submits a form which goes through fine
The user then tries to start a new form, enters his email address
He then gets the first form back that has been submitted
I have since tried and get the same problem.
The form is being accessed from a webpage http://innovus.bluepoleweb.com/whats-in-it-for-me/funding and linking to http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50972707016354
Can you help identify what the problem is please and possibly suggest a solution?

I took a look at the form Paul and I believe that I do see the issue, but please note that we can only help to a certain extent since your email is not the one associated with the account.
