    Hi,

We have a client who uses you service.  They are having a problem as below:

A user submits a form which goes through fine

The user then tries to start a new form, enters his email address

He then gets the first form back that has been submitted

I have since tried and get the same problem.

The form is being accessed from a webpage http://innovus.bluepoleweb.com/whats-in-it-for-me/funding and linking to http://www.jotformeu.com/form/50972707016354

Can you help identify what the problem is please and possibly suggest a solution?

    Thanks

    Paul Rowe

I took a look at the form Paul and I believe that I do see the issue, but please note that we can only help to a certain extent since your email is not the one associated with the account.

Please do note that we can only assist the people that are the owners of the account with their request.I can only tell you that the issue is with the Autofill feature filling out the form - as it is set up.This is the link that shows this further: How to Enable Auto Fill Feature
