Can you please advise if there is a function to produce graphs and charts from the quantitative data in the forms we create? Thank you

To confirm, you would like to create graphs or charts that shows the submission data received from your forms, is that correct?

You can check our Visual Report builder here: http://www.jotform.com/help/187-How-to-Create-a-Visual-Report-with-your-Form-Submissions.

You can also integrate Google Spreadsheet to your form, the submission data will then be passed in the spreadsheet, from there you can create graphs and charts to present your data.

Do let us know if you need more information on this.

When I access the report builder I can't see all of the fields from the form. There is a question asking what the Training Programme start date is and this isn't showing up in the report builder, so it won't allow me to filter the report to the relevant programme. Is there a way to make sure that all fields are showing up?

Are you referring to the "Filters" option in the Visual Report builder? Unfortunately, it has some limitations on it, but our developers are currently working on to improve it. You can check it here: http://www.jotform.com/help/281-How-To-Use-Visual-Report-Filters

Could you share us the form title you are working on and a screenshot of the problem or your concern? That would help us better understand it. We'll wait for your response.
