Downgrade to Started Plan

    A week ago I asked for a refound for this month plan - as I will be staying with a Starter plan - and I can see that it is still not changed - so can I please have a refound for the Premium account for this month - and do not charge me for the following months, as I will be just using the Started plan.

    Can you please make these changes?

    Your account is already downgraded on June 12th, but note that our system won't automatically set back your account to Free until your payment will expire. So, that is why your account is still on the Premium Plan. 

    Your account will be set to Free on July 11th.
