    Hi. I am interested in subscribing to the platinum package (for 3 sub-users). I have build a form online and would like to know the following:

    - Why won't the form export to pdf? I get the following error message:This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.

    <Error>

    <Code>AccessDenied</Code>

    <Message>Access Denied</Message>

    <RequestId>72E13B4E0F45BAD5</RequestId>

    <HostId>

    RyjoE71X1O9lvZ9zB7OQqIWbjA7/5gPNZ5MuKPH6Gn19fnKSxQWUdQ4nIGyM3bzv

    </HostId>

    </Error>

    -  We would like to us the forms to send to clients (as pdf) ask them to fill out the details (sometimes attach a document) and then submit to us - with the recipient being the customer service exec who sent out the request for info. Is this all possible?

    Hi,

    Upon checking your email, I see that you are on guest account. Please sign up an account to us, we have a "Free" plan that you can use while exploring our form builder. Having a registered account will give you better access to our features.

    Please take note when you register an account to us, use the same email address you've used to your current form, that should automatically move your current form from the guest account to the registered account.

    After that, log in and see if you can create the fillable PDF form. To learn more about the fillable PDF form, you can check this guide: http://www.jotform.com/help/312-Fillable-PDF-Everything-you-need-to-know-about-JotForm-Fillable-PDF-Creator.

    If you still get the error after this, please do let us know and we'll investigate it further.

    Thank you.
