hi, there are 5 forms in my account, all of them are different each other... but when i fill forms ( whichever ), and i click the Send Form and it goes to all e-mail receivers..., are there any chance to split receivers...
form1's receiver is : firstname.lastname@example.org
form2's receiver is : email@example.com

Please go to a form's Email Alerts. I noticed that in http://www.jotform.com/13321945647, you have several notifications in there.
To check it, select Setup and Embed at the top > Email Alerts. Those items in the dropdown are the notifications. To check the recipients, click one then in the popup window, click Reply-to and Recipient Settings at bottom right.
The Recipient E-mail gets to receive notifications. There are several setup that is why you receive the same amount of notifications in different email addresses.
Feel free to delete a notification item that is not needed in a particular form.
