I just upgraded my subscription so that I could add another user to the account. Now that she (other user) is added, we tested a form and it only sends a notification to my email and nothing to the other user. How do I set it up so that she gets notification of submissions.Also, Is there a way to have the second user login with her own email and password for this account?

You have to add the other user as one of the form recipients. Here's how: http://www.jotform.com/help/39-Send-Notifications-to-Multiple-Recipients.
Or, you can just create a new notifier for that user: http://www.jotform.com/help/25-Setting-Up-Email-Notifications.
