We have people filling out applications, but we are not receiving them. Are you having a problem I need to know about?

We don't have any issues regarding our notifiers. I checked the form and you are using an AOL email address as the recipient. The notifier settings are correct as well. I think the emails are filtered as spam so I would suggest logging into AOL Mail and look for the emails in the Spam folder.
If the emails are happened to be there, I would suggest adding firstname.lastname@example.org to your contact and/or safe sender list. Doing so should fix the problem and make the form emails to land in your inbox.
