Why when I embed my form is every field preceded by a bullet as if it was a list. It does not look that way in my design

This can happen when you embed your form with full source code option.

The reason for that is because the code is then a direct part of your website and as such it will be affected by the CSS codes of your website itself.

To remove this, you would need to modify all the styles that affect it or add additional styles to look properly.

The easiest way to remove this would be to embed your form with the iframe embed code.

To do that you should check out the following guide: How to get the jotform iFrame Code
