Clicking on the Complete Submission button does not process the payment. Please check our Paypal-Incomplete-Payments-FAQ for more details on what Incomplete Payments are, and how to properly allow your submissions to complete.
In short, you will need to log into your PayPal account and enable your Instant Payment Notification (IPN) setting. (How-to-Enable-IPN-for-Paypal)
The submissions for which you have clicked on the Complete Submissions have simply moved from the Incomplete Payments section to the general part of your Submissions page, where all your other submissions are on that page.

For the paid submissions, you should see the Payer info captured from PayPal as below :
For the submissions completed from Incomplete Payments, it should show only the product selected. But not the payment information.
