One of our company iPads was updated to iOS 8.4 and now it appears that we cannot make a Jotform submission with that iPad. Does iOS 8.4 have some bugs in relation to Jotform?

Thank you for letting us know, Eric. I have checked a cloned version of your form on iOS 8.3, and it seems to work fine there.
I do not have access to any iOS 8.4 devices or emulators at this time, but I have asked one of our colleagues who is an iOS expert to take a look as well. We will let you know through this thread of any findings related to iOS 8.4.

It appears to be working now. There was a longer than usual delay for the email confirmation after submitting the form, but other than that it seems to be working.

Thank you for the update about that. To my understanding it seems you are using your jotform on iPads within your Company and tested it on one of them which took a bit longer then normal for the email to finally come through after submitting on it.
To my knowledge our forms should work normally on iPads. The iOS 8.4 Update shouldn't affect anything involving using your forms on your iPad as far as I know if that's what you are concerned about. It was released mainly for a Major Change and a Huge Update to iTunes iOS Music & Radio Feature including various other Major Bug Fixes.

I also went ahead and just for the sake of reassurance I tested this on both my iPhone 6 & iPad Mini and I can confirm there are no current issues found. Even so though, I'm not saying it's 100% as problems can sometimes occur on rare occasion but so far I am not finding any issues and it is working properly as it should be.
Because of that it seems that perhaps this issue might have been possibly due to our mailserver sending to your mailserver which may have in turn incurred a small delay in you then receiving the email notification.
Both tests below happened all in the matter of roughly less than a minute, fill form, submit form, and finally receive email notification which were both working.
If you come across any issues though then please do let us know and we'll gladly investigate it further if deemed necessary.
