    Why have my forms been disabled and my account suspended?

    I'm not sure excactly what happened but yesterday, my account was suspended after creating a form. But I'm not sure why. If someone could tell me, I would certainly fix the issue.

    Hi,

    Though we did allow for collection of credit card details through our forms in the past, we no longer allow for the direct collection of this sensitive information.  Since you have previously used your forms in this manner and have not had any issues previously, I reactivated your account and whitelisted your form that was causing the suspension.  Keep in mind that if you create further forms similar to that one, they will likely result in the suspension of your account.  Your current one should be fine though.

    I am curious to know how my form(s) was red flagged? Was it caught by a filter looking for "credit card"? Or was it something in the notification email that I should be removing? While I DO want the credit card information, I want it to remain on secure servers and not be transmitted to me via email.

    Without going into too much detail, we have a filter that checks forms for certain keywords and combinations there of.  The forms themselves are checked, the notifications are not.  If you would like more information on how to keep this sort of data safe, here is a more in depth guide:
