    Unable to fill-up fields on forms using iPhone5.

    HI there I have a user trying to fill out a form on iPhone 5 but it doesn't allow any filling of the fields. Works perfectly on iPhone6

    I'm sorry for the inconvenience. I just would like to make some clarifications:

    Is your form embedded on a website? If it is, which Form embed code did you use?

    Is it not working on a particular iPhone5 only? Or have you tried using a different iPhone5? If yes, is it also not working?

    I don't have an iPhone5 device available, right now, to test your form. I have tested it using Browserstack and it seems to be working fine with an iPhone5 simulator.

    I have cloned your form and found out that your form is set to be Mobile Responsive under Designer. Could you also try to set it to become Responsive Form using instruction shown on the image below:
