Cancel my premium subscription and give me a refund

    Kindly cancel the payment made for July 10, 2015.  We only need it for one month.

    Moving forward, you should not be automatically renewing the subscription unless otherwise it is approved by the user.  Please give immediate feedback on this.

    Hello 2015_PDG,

    Please be noted that Jotform is a subscription based service. Once you activate your account, it remain active until your subscription is cancelled.

    I have gone ahead and processed the refund for order #INT150710-4403-15381B. Please allow 3-7 days for the amount to reflect in your account. I have also downgraded your account to free plan.
