    I'm not sure if I fully understood your concern, are you looking to add a sub user to your forms? Where these users can edit and/or view your forms? If that's the case, you can check this guide on how to add sub account users: http://www.jotform.com/help/232-How-to-Share-Forms-with-a-Sub-Account-User.
