Can you tell me, will it possible to see a particular user's attempts on a particular form or webpage. In detail I meant to say that can we see a person, how many times he/she open a particular form. I m talking only about attempts not submission.

Yes, it is possible to know the user who viewed your form (by IP address) using the Form Analytics feature of JotForm. To access the Form Analytics of JotForm, just follow the instructions provided in the screenshot below.
However, this is limited only to the list of user who view and submits your form. It does not summarized the number of views per user (IP address). If you want to have a more detailed analytics, you may also try to add Google Analytics widget in your form.
