    Purchase order

Asked by jbraumberger on July 13, 2015 at 02:36 PM

Do you accept purchase orders and what kind of educational pricing for a 2 year agreement?

    Thanks,

Yes, you can pay via Purchase order. However,  the minimum payment is $100 as manual handling is involved. So the first option for you would be to buy the Premium bi-yearly subscription.

Upon choosing any of the links at the bottom, make sure you choose "Purchase Order" at the Method of Payment field. Fill everything in that page, including your JotForm login. So you should create free Jotform account.

Upon choosing any of the links provided, make sure you choose "Purchase Order" at the Method of Payment field. Fill everything in that page, including your JotForm Login Name (which would be your JotForm  Username, not the email address).

Once you are done, it will redirect you to another page where you will actually see the Address where you must send the check for payment. This is our Payment Gateway's, Plimus. You can hit on "Back" in order to correct anything, then you can print it. Also check the terms at the bottom of the page.

Make sure to SAVE the Reference Number and/or Quote Numbers and include it when sending the payment. That is important so our payment processor will be able to determine that the payment was made for your account.

Hope this will help. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I would like to purchase the Premium package for 2 years ($139) but it only
shows the Professional - https://www.plimus.com/jsp/buynow.jsp. Is there a
way I could pay for a 2 yr Premium subscription with a PO?
    Thanks

    Hi,

Please try again this link: https://www.plimus.com/jsp/buynow.jsp?contractId=1851946&. I was able to get the correct subscription plan.

When you first visit the link, you'll see in the URL the correct contract ID. Now in the payment method, if you change it to Purchase Order, the page might refresh or reload but the correct pricing should still show.

Just check the pricing at the top part of the page after changing the payment method.

Let us know if that works.
