Form not working

Hi there,

I wonder if you can help me out - my form 'Expedition Booking Form' doesn't appear to be working at the moment. Whenever I click on the hyperlink to reach the form it says the website cannot be found.

Can you tell me if this is a problem with my form, or is there an issue with the JotFotm server?

The URL you're using is incorrect because it's missing a couple of slashes. Instead of

http://form.jotformeu.comform51903472597362

use

http://form.jotformeu.com/form/51903472597362

On my end, your jotform loaded at the second URL just fine.
