Unable to log in

    Everytime I try to log in, I click the green 'log in" button and nothing happens.

    Can you try refreshing the page (press F5) and login again? If the issue still persists, can you try clearing your browser cache and refresh the login page and see if it helps. If it sill does not work, can you give us what browser and device are you using when accessing the Login page so we can further check the issue?

    Thank you. Once I submitted my request for support it actually took me to
    another page saying I have to log in to submit the message, and it worked
    from there. I just saved the log in page it took me to.
    All good now!
