How to or please create this for my pdf's?

    I have an pdf that I am attaching to a website. I need this form to be automatically uploaded to the person who is opening it computer(1) and then after they fill it out, I need a button that will email this form directly to 2 different addresses(2) can this be done?


    if so please give complete instructions

    First, I would advise that you sign up or register an account to us for you to fully utilize our product and services.

    For your concern, is that PDF already fillable? If it's a fillable PDF, you can try importing it in JotForm by using the Import Tool here:

    After clicking the "Import Your Forms" button, choose the 3rd option.


    It will take a couple of days before the form is uploaded to your JotForm account, after the fillable PDF form is imported to your account, you will need to download it again and use that instead. 

    You will have an option to choose "Auto Collect"


    I would personally suggest that you recreate your PDF form using our form builder for you to take advantage our features further and so that you can have an online form.
