Can you tell me why this form is "closed". I didn't close it. How do you reopen it.

troyschreifelsReplied on July 14, 2015 at 11:13 AMI just clicked on your link, which is the same one we are using (Also, tested it from JotForms directly) and it keeps saying “Form Closed”, this form is closed for Responses. That is the part we are trying to figure out.
