    Why is a form closed. I didn't close it.

    Can you tell me why this form is "closed".  I didn't close it.  How do you reopen it.

    Hello,

     

    The form is closed based on a decision made by Adobe Inc.

    You can read more about it here: http://blogs.adobe.com/documentcloud/farewell-formscentral/

    You can however import all your forms to JotForm.

    I see that you have lots of forms in your account, why don't you also import that form to your account?

    You can do that easily following the instructions here: http://www.jotform.com/adobe-formscentral-alternative/

    I originally imported all forms from Adobe. This form came in from them. I did it via your electronic import back when I signed up.

    Hello Troy,

    Thank you, so basically you did everything right and your forms should work now.

    I've checked some of them for you and I can confirm, everything is working fine right now.

    Please remember that you need to access them via the JotForm URL and not the formscentral one because Adobe closed down all the forms.

    I just clicked on your link, which is the same one we are using (Also, tested it from JotForms directly) and it keeps saying “Form Closed”, this form is closed for Responses. That is the part we are trying to figure out.

    I've just sent 2 submissions to your form, I've also logged in to your account and can see that the two submissions went through.

    Could you please confirm that we are talking about the very same URL to eliminate all possibilities for a possible confusion?
