    Wishbox - not getting screenshots in submissions

    I'm testing Wishbox on my website.  Clicking on "Send Feedback" appears to be working correctly in that I am able to mark-up the screenshot and when I submit the form it appears to take a few moments to upload. But, when I view my submissions on http://www.jotform.com, the only image I see is:  Clicking on the image on shows that same image on an otherwise blank page.

     

    I've tried setting the "instant" variable to both "true" and "false".

     

    Please let me know if there is something more I need to do.
