Hi, our account is disabled because of quota, but I don't think we've had 100 submissions since going live. What is wrong?

    It seems that you have enabled the option to receive-SSL-Submissions, as all 11 of your submissions seem to be SSL (secure) submissions, while the free plan allows only up to 10 secure submissions per month.

    Please disable the secure option on your forms, and then re-embed your forms without the secure option. This will ensure that from now on you are collecting regular submissions instead of secure ones, but it will not undo the number of secure submissions that you have already had.

    After making these changes, we can reset your secure submissions counter as this is your first time going over limit, but please note that the counter can be reset only once so please do make sure that you have disabled the secure option.

    We will happily reset the SSL counter for you this one time, if you want, after making that recommended change. Please let us know.
