Generated PDF different from the form layoutAsked by ronaldocardoso on July 15, 2015 at 09:55 AM
I had a form that the PDF generated in dropbox was working perfectly, it was just like it was in the form layout. I cloned this form to do some changes.
The problem is that the PDF generated in dropbox doesn't looks like the layout. Could you guys help me please?
See that the Logo and the grey divisions doesn't appear?
Old form that the pdf is generated with the logo and the grey things exactly like the form layout:
Thank you guys!
You will need to enable your options in the Submissions setting to show the headers and images in your PDF. Here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission.
To see how it looks like, you can download a PDF submission directly in your submissions page after you change the settings.
Do let us know if that works.
That was EXACTLY what I wanted!
Thank you, Charlie!
Glad that it worked.
