Generated PDF different from the form layout

Hi guys!

I had a form that the PDF generated in dropbox was working perfectly, it was just like it was in the form layout. I cloned this form to do some changes.

The problem is that the PDF generated in dropbox doesn't looks like the layout. Could you guys help me please?

Hi,

You will need to enable your options in the Submissions setting to show the headers and images in your PDF. Here's a guide on how to do that: http://www.jotform.com/help/305-How-to-show-headers-or-text-for-contracts-terms-agreements-in-the-PDF-format-of-a-submission.

To see how it looks like, you can download a PDF submission directly in your submissions page after you change the settings.
