Hi I have a drop down employee list where the user can select multiple employees. Is there a way to populate multiple fields based on the selections in the dropdown list?
For example if the user selects 3 employees from the employee dropdown i would like to populate Employee1, Employee2 and Employee3.
Thanks for your help!

Yes, that is very much possible with JotForm as you can see on a quick demo I just made here: http://form.jotformpro.com/form/51954453894973
It all comes down to the exact conditions that you set that dictate how each field is updated based on the selection of the dropdown.
To do this you should go to conditions:
and then select the option that will allow us to insert the value into another field called Update a Form Field Value:
Once there, just set up the conditions to match what you are trying to achieve. For my example above, it looks like this:
Once you set them all up, just click on Finish and save the form. If you have any issues after checking the form or having some questions in regards to a specific setup that you would like to do, just let us know and we would be happy to assist.
Also, if you would like to make a closer inspection of the form above, feel free to clone it to your account by following the steps here: How to Clone an Existing Form from a URL
Do let us know how it goes.
