When the original form is filled out and the Ticket Type Dynamic Drop down is not completed it will not allow you to edit and resubmit, it freezes and says please wait. This is a new problem just now occurring.

This is because the Ticket type field is set to required using conditional logic.
The form won't submit because the Ticket type was not filled out. In the example W6956, when you edit the submissions, the work date is filled out making the Ticket type to be required as you have set it conditionally.
It will not submit because of this conditional logic, unless you fill out the Dynamic Dropdown widget.
Regarding the concern about the page freezes and it shows "Please wait" in the button, I was not able to replicate it in my end. Could you try clearing your form's cache and try logging back in. See if the freezing still persists even after starting a new session. We'll wait for your response.
