I have deleted all submissions from all forms. It still says I am out of space??

    I use a paid account 5 months out of the year. Jan/May. I have deleted all submissions from all forms. It still says I am out of space??

     

    Also it says I used 14 of 10 SSL submissions for month of July. Not sure which submissions were the secure ones. Were these ones involving PayPal? The last PayPal submission was in May.

     

    These are about all my forms so I cant send a URL or screenshot.

    Your serienoir account is not out of space, please check again. On regards of the SSL submissions, if you do not want to use them, make sure not to check the secure form option in your forms:

    But, since you have a Premium account, I do not see any problem, you can receive up to 1000 monthly submissions, secure submission, and payments.
