    Why is my Express Marketing Review form not working at all now?

    My apologies for not waiting for your response to my earlier call for help...but now our client can't submit his form.

    It is saying the form is currently unavailable.

    I managed to enable the form & I can access it by logging into Jotform but cannot submit anything.

    Please help!!!  I have unhappy Boss and now frustrated & unhappy client.

    Time is of the essence with this particular form & it's review.

    Hi,

    Is this the form http://www.jotformpro.com/form/51828146583967 in question?

    I checked the Form Limits settings and I see it has a set submission limit on it.

     

    However, the form doesn't even have any existing submission yet, so it should not be the cause of the issue.

    Can you please test submitting the form again. Let us see if issue remains.

    HI Jonathon,

    sorry I just fixed it!!!  It was set for  only 4 submissions..hence my clients problem.
