I would like to apologize for the inconvenience. We are aware of this issue and rest assured that it is being worked on. Actually, I'm not sure on what form(s) are you experiencing this issue. This is related to the "Attach PDF" option.
Unchecking that option will resolve the issue you're having for now.
However, I have escalated this to our developers. You will be receiving updates via this thread. Thank you.

This is now fixed. You can now check the Attach PDF option without having any more issues.
