Send receipts to customers from my submissions

Asked by Rob Kroeker  on July 16, 2015 at 12:03 PM

Is there a way to email out receipts from my submission database in an quick and easy way?

At the time of registration we could not do this as the customer had not paid.  Now at season end we need to forward receipts for tax purposes.  The receipts need to include player, payee, registration fee amount from the submission data.

    Thank you for your assistance

Do you mean to send an email with receipt to your existing submissions of your JotForm? If so, our app JotForm Email Newsletters might help you with this. Please refer to the blog post below :

If you are referring to something different, please let us know. We will be happy to help.

To clarify I need to pull data from each submission to give a tax receipt.  This means the data will change for each submission on file b/c it needs to include the payee info, player info, and registration amount.  This then can be emailed to the customer with their info entered in.  It would be similar to a thank you email at the time of submission but at this point I need to access the info in each submission on file.

You can build a form to gather the particular information for each submitter. Then  you can do that by creating an autoresponder for your form and add the variables or add a customized message.
