how do i turn off secure ssl forms being used?

You can uncheck the Secure form option under Embed form and re-embed your form on your web site (If it is embedded on a website) using the updated Embed Form script.

Or if you have just provided the link of your form to your submitters you can give them the updated Non-Secure Form Link that doesn't start with https://secure.
