How to set up an AutoResponder Email?

    2. On this same form (and others), I need the person to be able to get a reply message that shows everything that they filled out. I followed the necessary steps - I believe - but I can't get any email confirmations.

    As long as you have placed the Email Address field as the recipient for your AutoResponder, form submitters will receive an AutoResponder on the email they have provided on the Email Address field on your form. 

    Otherwise, this is something related to the "Attach PDF" option issue, that I have explained on the original thread you have posted:
