Unable to download js and CSS files of my form

    Hi there,

    I can´t download the compressed files (.css and .js) from my form:

    http://www.jotform.com//?formID=51514364313649

    In addition to that, the form is taking too much time to load. What´s the best option to integrate it to a shopify page?

    I am sorry to hear that Fabio, but for Shopify I would suggest to follow these next steps:

    Thanks for your answer, but my form is long and takes too much time to load. Besides that, I´m not able to download the compressed files to test it. Could you help me out with that?

    Thanks for contacting us.

     

    I checked your form and I noticed that you have 2533 conditions setup in the form. This might be the caused why the form is loading slow. I checked the condition and I noticed that there are duplicated conditions, can you try to remove this conditions and see if it helps. See screenshot below.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I have on my form 10 equals small forms for products registration. When I duplicate the fields and the conditions, the conditions increase more than twice, resulting in thousands. How can I duplicate correctly?

    Hello festelicia,

    I am not sure if I have understood your issue correctly. Are you duplicating fields from one form to another or within the same form?

    It seems you are duplicating fields within the form as that allows to duplicate conditions. Please be noted that when you duplicate form fields, you can uncheck the "Duplicate Conditions" option in the "Field Manager Wizard". Please check the screenshot below:

    For now, you should go ahead and delete the duplicate conditions you have in your form.

    Let me clarify.

    I´d like to duplicate

    a lot of fields with condition within the same form, but when you duplicate multiple fields with conditions, you´ll have more conditions than y
    ou need. Jotform considers the conditions of all fields related to the one you want to duplicate and you´ll have thousands of conditions in a long form like mine.
