What is going on? My account is suspended again

    Hi Jeff,

    Sorry for any inconveniences caused by the suspension, it seems you form  Dial up customer new had been wrongly flagged as a phishing form and this resulted in the auto-suspension of your account.

    I have checked and white-listed the form and re-activated your account which should be accessible now.
