It appears that the mime-type header on .docx downloads from jotforms is malformed and IE8 downloads them as a .zip archive instead of a word doc. This doesnt happen in Firefox. This was an issue in the past and you resolved it by fixing your server configuration for the .docx file extension. Please do this again.

There is a fix on IE8 you can do for this, its the only that browser that it occurs on.
But I do understand that it is ultimately an issue with the webserver, I will ask our development team if its possible to have both the .docx & .xlsx mime types added to the server configuration.
