Several of my forms were updated to be encrypted by mistake.
How I think that happened: I edited a field of an encrypted form and clicked save, and because my setting were set to create new forms as encrypted, Jotform changed the form to encrypted, even though I did not mean to change the encryption status. All I meant to do was edit an unrelated field, not it's encryption status, that seems to have changed on its own when I saved.
If I attempt to turn the encryption off and save, the form reverts to being encrypted when re-loaded. It doesn't appear to allow me to turn encryption off. The only work-around I can find is to create a whole new form from scratch, because cloning clones the unpredictable encryption status.
This is causing some serious trouble for me, as I have come to be pretty reliant on Jotform's integration with dropbox, which is disabled after a form is switched to encrypted.
Is there a way to turn OFF encryption after it has been turned on?

You first need to turn off the encryption under the account setting, then in the form preferences turn off the encryption for that particular form
Also clear your browser cache then login to your jotform account
