How do I set the autoresponder "Sender Name" to my company name instead of "Jotform"

Unless I'm misunderstanding the objective, it seems to me that my colleague Boris has already answered that in this other thread. Have you tried the provided solution? Upon examining the email alerts in the various jotforms in your account, I was unable to determine which of them you may have been trying to apply the said solution, as all the forms I looked at had no autoresponders.
