Hey, based on my records, it looks like every so often I'm missing out on a large number of submissions from my site The form URL is https://www.jotform.com/form/11831818384
I included a tracking system of the submissions by giving each one a submission ID number and at one point my submissions jumped from 42 to 115, which is a pretty significant loss of submissions. They were not in my spam filter and I can't think of any other place they'd be. Any help would be awesome.

From what my colleague has gathered from issues similar to this, there had been an issue with the replication databases a couple of weeks ago. It was already taken offline and has already been replaced.
Please try logging in to https://secure.jotform.com and check if your missing submissions are found there.
It would also be great if you have an email alert notification set so to receive your submissions via email as well.
Please let us know after you have checked your submissions via the secure.jotform.com address.
I just noticed that the form URL that you have shared comes from a guest account. Can you also confirm if this is the actual form?

That was the form being used, yes. I switched it to my account now, but all of the missing forms would have been under that guest account one.

Ok, so I see where I can see submissions from a registered user account, but does that mean the ones that were submitted through the guest account form are gone for good?

We have no way of transferring the submissions over to your account.
I could gather those submissions in an Excel file if that would work for you?
If you still want to use the form, you could then clone the form and update your embed code in your website before we have the original form deleted.
