Emails are not being delivered

    My form is not delivering new submissions as email. I have set up a notification. Test email within the setup of notification works fine (to the same address as the notification is set to deliver to). New submissions don't result in email being generated (though they do show in the submissions function)

     

    Any thoughts?

     

    I've tried cloning the form

    I've tried deleting and recreating the notification

     

    No joy.

    Hi,

    According to our investigation, your email is already delivered to your email server. 

    My suggestion is to use "noreply@jotform.com" as Sender email. It improves the delivery ratio of the emails if it's an available option to use noreply@jotform.com for you.
