I have multiple email recipients and have checked the email addresses for accuracy and set up. No one is getting the test email. The email is being sent to the default email which would be me. How can I correct this?

I would like to apologize for the inconvenience this have caused, however, Test mail works only for your Jotform Account Email address. Kindly see this guide: How-to-properly-Change-and-Test-a-New-Email-Recipient-Address-
If you try to send test the form using the Test Mail Button:
It will only be sent to your JotForm account default email address.
I would recommend you try to test your form using the Preview option available on your Form Builder. You may need to fill up your form and click its submit button.
