one of my users says your site is unsafe

I just distributed a draft form for my committee members to review. One of my committee members responded that Webroot says the site is unsafe and will not allow her to access the form.

Is there a problem? I am about to send two forms out to a fairly larger group and I don't want any issues.

    Thanks.

Our site and forms are not unsafe, this messages shows in their Webroot software because their internet security is highly setup, and will consider any URL that is not running in HTTPS protocol as an unsafe site.

I believe they could add the URL of your forms as an exception, or you could simply make for your form secure, please check this guide: https://www.jotform.com/help/63-How-can-I-receive-SSL-Submissions

I am having the same problem with a form I created - my supervisor keeps getting warnings when he presses SUBMIT. I already have secure form and https set up, yet this continues. My supervisor uses Webroot. If I can't resolve this he wants me to create a form on another site, but I'd rather stick with Jotform since the work is already done. Any thoughts?
