Unable to receive email notifications

    mas ela não esta recebendo.

    I can see that you have 3 notifications on your form. All email recipients on the notifications are not in the bounce lists. 

    The first notification is not set up properly. The sender name is blank. If it is blank, it is possible that it will be tagged as a spam. Please use "JotForm" or "Name".

    I checked the mail logs and I can see that the submission was sent successfully to email address you've mentioned.

    Please check the spam or junk folders.  I would advise you to please check if there are any spam filters on your email program or email client. You can also try white-listing JotMail IP addresses.
