When I try to do a forward submission on a form. The content widow says Please Wait for a very long time.
If I submit anyway (after waiting a considerable time) the email sent has no content

Try clearing your browser cache then attempt to submit again, I have cleared your forms cache on our end, please let us know of the outcome

The issue is NOT the submission of a the form that is the concern here, it's Fowarding existing submission to another person. When I go to existing form submission and Ii want to email-forward that submission on to someone else. The content of the email stays on Please Wait, and never shows the content.

I checked the forward and reply function from the submission view and I can confirm that they will not load the body of the email. It gets stuck on "Please Wait":
I do see several plugins that failed to load:
