Required field data is missing

I have one submission where the name and email is missing, but its required so it should be there
Is there any way to recover this?

Unfortunately, we cannot recover the submission data that was not entered.  Since it was left blank, there is no data to recover.

However, if you change your embed code to the iframe code:

http://www.jotform.com/help/148-Getting-the-Form-iFrame-Code

It will likely prevent this from happening again.

If after changing to the iFrame code, you have more submissions that do not have required fields filled, let us know and we will be happy to have another look.  From my testing though, the form itself does not allow submissions without all the required fields filled.
