I think Jotform is excellent in so many ways, I love the simplicity of design and the ability to customise elements.
However, as the man from Dyson says "find the obvious problem and fix it"
The thing is, when we [designers] are thinking of forms for websites, the idea of working with one overall application is really important - It allows us to think of colour, shape and forgive the pun 'Form' - The obvious missing element for me is a 'Comments Form' - Not a workaround, but a real one.
I'm aware that this could be a big step as any new comment forms will have to be managed and monitored etc. and including them in the Jotform package may be expensive for you and ultimately, for the customer too, but all I can say is -
What would Steve Jobs have done ?
OK! that's my rant over - Either way I will more than likely use Jotform premium in the future
[if you haven't banned me for being a crank that is]
Sincere thanks for everything to date,

Thank you for such a positive feedback :)
Could you please clarify what exactly Comments Form you are looking for? Is this something like Comments in our blog?
Any examples will be much appreciated. Thank you for cooperation!
