Our form is not working for some but not all. She Submit button does not show. Do you have any suggestins.

I checked your page in a few different browsers and the submit button showed in each one.  Usually I would recommend trying the iFrame code instead of your current embed code but you already are.  The code looks good as far as I can tell.  Even in IE everything showed up properly.

If you could let us know which web browsers are having trouble loading the embedded form properly, we will be happy to check them to see if we can reproduce the submit button issue.
