You must be using a field or widget on the form that allows multiple entries.
Example, Checkboxes, Radio options, Matrix table...
Just like in your jotform http://www.jotform.us/form/51826032506146
If you view the submission data you will see that it will only have 1 column/field. This will be also the same once you get the Excel output/download of the submission data.
If you want them to be in separate column/cell, then you must create a separate field/question for them. This way the resulting submission data will also have its own column/cell for each field/question separately.
There is a workaround though for Excel output.
You can use the TEXT-to-Column function in Excel Application.
